REFUND POLICY (EnginesWeb LLC)

At EnginesWeb LLC (“EnginesWeb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, technical integration, automation services, and digital resources. Because our work involves professional labor, time-based delivery, and digital intellectual property, we apply the following refund policy.
By purchasing any product or service from EnginesWeb LLC, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products (Templates, PDFs, Guides, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content and instant delivery, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once:
the download link has been delivered,
access has been granted, or
the content has been accessed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
automation templates
workflow templates
PDFs and guides
training resources
downloadable files
digital documentation
pre-built automation assets
Exception (File Access or Technical Issue)
If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file, broken link, or missing file), you must contact us at contact@enginesweb.com within 48 hours of purchase.
In such cases, we will provide:
a replacement file, or
technical assistance to access the product.
This exception does not apply to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.
2. Consulting, Technical Integration & Custom Services
EnginesWeb provides professional services including (but not limited to):
AI automation setup and workflow implementation
Stripe integration and payment setup
website technical integration
automation consulting and advisory sessions
business setup assistance and technical guidance
2.1 Work in Progress (No Refund After Start)
Payments for custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced, including:
consultation delivery
strategy sessions
system analysis
automation building
integration work
revisions
technical troubleshooting
any delivered materials or progress
2.2 Refund Before Work Begins
If you purchase a service and request cancellation before we begin any work, you may request a full refund.
3. Revision Policy (Custom Services)
For custom automation and technical services, EnginesWeb may include revisions depending on the package purchased.
We provide up to five (5) revisions unless otherwise stated in writing.
Revisions are intended to refine and complete the agreed scope.
If the client remains dissatisfied after revisions, no refund will be issued, since the service time and labor have already been delivered.
4. LLC Formation and Business Setup Assistance (If Offered)
If EnginesWeb provides business setup assistance (such as LLC formation guidance or third-party application support), the following rules apply:
4.1 Government and Third-Party Fees (Non-Refundable)
Any government filing fees, state fees, or third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.2 Service Fees
EnginesWeb service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, including:
preparation work
form review
guidance sessions
document assistance
submission support
compliance consulting
5. Third-Party Denials (Stripe, Mercury, Banks, Platforms)
EnginesWeb may assist with applications or technical setup for third-party platforms, including:
Stripe
Mercury
Relay
payment gateways
company registrars
banking and compliance providers
However:
EnginesWeb does not control approval decisions.
EnginesWeb does not guarantee acceptance by any third party.
A denial, rejection, limitation, suspension, or closure by a third party does not entitle the customer to a refund for:
consulting time
technical work
integration services
completed deliverables
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Scheduled Consultations
6.1 Free Rescheduling Window
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation at no cost up to:
24 hours before the scheduled start time.
6.2 Late Cancellation and No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend (“no-show”):
you may be charged 50% of the session fee, OR
you may forfeit that session if it was part of a pre-paid package.
7. Donations and Voluntary Support Payments
EnginesWeb may accept donations to support free educational content.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations do not guarantee delivery of a service, product, or private support unless explicitly stated at checkout.
8. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved (only in cases described above):
it will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:
payment processor fees (example: Stripe processing fees) may be non-refundable depending on the processor’s policy.
